• AI Tutor for personalized learning
• Interactive quizzes and assessments
• Course management system
• Live classes and discussion forums
• Progress tracking and analytics

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information

4. Subscription and Payment

NeuroSchool offers both free and premium subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited access to features (2 AI chats/day, 3 quizzes/day)
• Premium Plan: 20 AI chats/day, 5 quizzes/day (450 TK/month)
• Pro Plan: 50 AI chats/day, 20 quizzes/day (950 TK/month)
• Payments are processed securely through SSLCommerz
• Subscriptions do not renew automatically; you renew from the Plans page when a period ends

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for premium subscriptions. To request a refund, contact our support team within 7 days of purchase.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to bypass any security features
• Upload malicious content or viruses

7. Intellectual Property

All content on NeuroSchool, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of NeuroSchool and protected by copyright laws.

8. Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of content you post on forums
• You grant NeuroSchool a license to use your content to provide services
• Course content created by teachers remains their intellectual property

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including but not limited to:

• Harassment of other users
• Abuse of AI services
• Non-payment of subscription fees

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

NeuroSchool is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuroSchool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
