• Learning progress and quiz results
• AI Tutor conversations
• Payment information (processed securely by third parties)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve our AI-powered learning platform
• Track your learning progress
• Generate personalized recommendations
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Communicate important updates

3. Third-Party Services That Receive Your Data

Some features send data to outside services so they can work:

• AI Tutor, quiz generation and answer explanations: your question or message, the course text found for it, and quiz topics or answers you submit for explanation or grading are sent to Groq (a cloud AI model API) to produce the answer. If Groq is unavailable, an AI model running on our own servers is used instead.
• Practice question generation: the subject and topic are sent to Google Gemini or Groq.
• Web search: when course material does not contain an answer, the search text is sent to Tavily or Google Custom Search. Answers based on web results are labelled as such.
• Payments: payment details are handled by SSLCommerz.
• Email: your email address is passed to our email delivery provider to send account and notification emails.

Please do not include personal information (such as phone numbers, addresses or ID numbers) in AI Tutor messages.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. After account deletion, data is anonymized within 30 days.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:
